We have also committed ourselves to helping support the local community through donations to charitable events, donated labor and the co-sponsorship of the annual Truckee Day/Clean TD Day (over 6,000 pounds of trash removed annually throughout Tahoe Donner).

We try not to measure ourselves against other snow removal companies. We measure ourselves against other good businesses, regardless of their industry. We know that we have a lot of work ahead of us to provide you with the highest, most professional and responsive service possible. To this end, we have recently hired another client support person to help field phone calls and provide faster feedback and communication. We have made improvements to our internal client database and web site. Both of these changes allow us to provide you with quicker response to your needs.
